Website: a good range of products but I could not find bar lights via the menu - had to serach for it - so maybe navigation should be reviewed. On the phone: I didn't know exactly what I needed to connect up 4 bar lights. Reasonably prompt in reaching someone (can't remember name), who was then very helpful in meeting my order. I had to phone back after 2 weeks as I'd heard nothing. Spoke to George, who was also helpful in explaining that you'd been waiting for more connectors to come in. He assured me the order would be despatched shortly, which indeed it was. It would have been helpful if you'd let me know there would be a delay!
