Good service but I spoke to somebody, don't know name, and asked what leads I needed and was told a RJ45 cable. when the product arrived, with one cable as ordered, it turns out it needs two RJ45 cables. Your staff should be able to get it right. Now I need to get another cable which is inconvenient and time is short. Can you send me one please?
