Tom was very helpful and the order went through. I only received part of the order and on enquiring, was told that although the computer was showing the item that I ordered was in stock on checking with the stock room Tom was told that it was not in stock and would not be in until at least 20 Nov. I then cancelled this part of the order and am awaiting a refund.
I stress Tom was very diligent and helpful.
