13 days and 4 phone calls later the LED lights I ordered finally arrived. Not the quick delivery I was expecting. To be honest when I rang up about my order the people dealing with me were very polite and I had no issue with how they dealt with my query. I would have preferred someone to say it is going to be 2 weeks before I see the lights instead of saying the lights will be in this afternoon and we shall dispatch them today which happened on two occasions but never got delivered as promised.
