After setting up an account on your system I tried to purchase my selection of bulbs online but for some reason the system would not accept payment via PayPal. Contacted you by phone and spoke to Tom who was very helpful and sorted out my requirements. The price that I had come to online was £167.24 and when Tom worked it out he came to the same cost (this was with the xmas15 discount). I presume the points I would have got with the online purchase would have had some value? My parcel arrived promptly on the 20th Nov with all bulbs as requested, just a bit suprised that the invoice was for £172.16. Regards, Mel Talman
