Very prompt service and delivery. Product works well (although I would have preferred a 2700K bulb as 'warm white', rather than the 3000K). The only real complaint is having to register for a full 5 year guarantee. This was a pain - and why is it necessary? Either give everyone 5 years on a product or don't.
