Bulbs arrived my mail very promptly. Installed (with some difficulty both in removing old and inserting new - there must be a suitable tool like a stiff,short suction pad?) and immediately gave a good light. I bought the daylight version for use in the kitchen and they appear to be just the job.
So far "As described" I hope the life and savings materialize as well!
