The replacement PIR that I received yesterday had exactly the same fault as the previous one that I received last week! You are wasting a lot of my time and I am not a happy bunny!
However your salesman Louis Henry seems to be a smashing bloke and is going to send me a newer model.
I will reserve judgment until I have received the new model
