Ordered 5th September, arrived 12th September. Two female connectors supplied instead of one female and one male.
Called customer service straight away and they wanted a photo of the wrong part, sent photo and then I was asked for confirmation of which part I needed!! Sent another photo of all parts received and they told me, yes there was a wrong part. Eventually after many e-mails the correct part (which was only £2.50) arrived on the 25th September
Far from impressed.
