Discovered the company via the internet (as you do, these days). Ordered one lamp to start with as I wanted to check if it worked and on my lighting system and was capable of being fitted into my various existing lamp-holders. I was kept up to date by email with the order as it was processed and the package arrived within 24 hours. Great service - just as one would hope for. The MR16 lamp is great - brighter than my existing 50w halogens and a nice warm white that's almost indistinguishable from the halogens. I'm going to convert the lot (about 40 in total) as the savings on future running costs should be substantial.
