The website is excellent; I did not need to speak to anyone. Delivery was spot on.
The R80 LED downlighter bulbs are brilliant, in both senses of the word; I hope they last a lot longer than the previous Halogen bulbs I bought from Homeserve which had an annoying habit where the glass bulbs fell out and shattered on the kitchen floor! and the previous compact fluorescent bulbs with an advertised life of 10000 hours from B&Q; you were lucky to get a tenth of that.
