Poor delivery time.
After waiting one week and two emails later I received a reply saying my item was being dispatched.
Thom apologised for the delay and gave me a 15% discount. I would've been happy if they had informed me of the reason for delay.
I've had no problems with delivery before, but it has still made me think twice about using the company again.
