Excellent service from gentleman at base - I sought details of the delivery and was given full details clearly, concisely and politely; he had to call me back and did so very quickly. What he told me became fact, so a huge thank you. However, when I placed the order for next day delivery, I did not see anything to advise me that the date was dependent on the item first being ordered by your company for delivery to you and thus the next day delivery started from the day you received it. Fortunately in this case it did not matter but if I had contracted someone to install the item on what I originally thought would be the next day, I would have been disappointed.
