There was a stock mistake on one item which meant my entire order wasn't processed. However, when I phoned, the matter was dealt with perfectly. Order was split and processed to two separate addresses with one dispatched immediately all at no extra charge. Mistakes occur everywhere, but it is hard not to reccommend a company that puts everything right that it can do.
