Technical information on the phone was great, people obviously know what they're talking about. I asked for a pro forma which came and was paid with no trouble. However, there was some dispute about if it had been paid or not and I had to make two phone calls to chase it up. I had wanted to install my new LED for this week but have now had to put it off as I missed the window. LED is here now. Was a real shame because otherwise the service, product and price are all great. I am using this unit as a test and if it does what I need it to will be ordering more so I hope the payment issues are not repeated.
