The Bar LED seems a well made sturdy product. I say sturdy because mine arrived packed in two (one at each end) thin Jiffy bags held on the middle by four staples. Needless to say, the join was torn open with the lamp exposed. However, it was unmanaged and works well. Pre-sales telephone help was good. I would have to say, meant constructively, that the website is comparatively poor. Overall though, I wiill return.
