Being new to LED ribbon lighting, I was somewhat confused by the website and it was not totally clear to me how to match the power unit to the ribbon strip, what components were required and how it all fitted together.
A quick phone call sorted it all out in a helpful and friendly way and the items were received in good order a couple of days later.
I'll certainly purchase from this vendor again.
