I usually have a good experience. The last order, I ordered general merchandise and personal care. I ended up with over 100 pieces of clothing. I was not happy with this as I did not order clothes. Contacted customer service weeks ago. Posted on the Facebook page. Zero response.
If I didn't respond to my customers I would lose money or not be in business.
