Be SURE to do your homework, item by item for manifested lots. Many of the items marked "Retail Value" is waaaaaaay off. As in double, triple, and quadruple what the actual retail price is. So, when you're paying a percentage of the retail price, it really makes your true purchase price much higher than what is should be.
