From an online reseller prospective, overall the process was fairly good. It was my first box with Wholesale ninjas and the items ranged over the spectrum. There were a handful of mid-tier items that could make your money back. However there was a lot of items that were past expiration date or not in usable condition. I think that if you are a flea market seller or need to pay some type of seller fees per item, then there is profit to be had. However if you are an online seller the amount of effort and time to check, list and pack all the items, far outweigh the profits.
