We didn't know what to expect, since this was our first time ordering a pallet. We ordered the New, case pack Target pallet. Initially, there were a few issues with the order, however Josh in customer service addressed the concerns relatively quickly and the company went above and beyond to rectify the issues and delivered a customer experience that was above what I expected. Great and friendly company. I look forward to doing future business with them.
