Ordered and paid for bathroom suite in June because we were told it would guarantee the stick being available.
Called early August the week before delivery and told everything was there and ready.
Delivery arrives with sink unit missing. Called to query to be told it would arrive mid September.
Mid September comes and goes without a word so called and told it would be mid October.
This left us with an unfinished bathroom for nearly 3 months, and an extra £100 to pay the plumber to come back and fit it. Ignored when we suggested they should pick up the tab.
