“I bought the Napoli tall unit which stated online it was pre assembled. This however was not the case, only the main unit was assembled. They have holes already placed for the screws which should make it easier, except 1 hole appeared to be slightly off so the handle would not go on. I contacted customer service to explain this and sent photos only to basically be called a liar!! and told they do not come with pre drilled holes and I can get a discount on a new unit! The photos clearly show pre drilled holes!”

“My husband and I went into Hillington Showroom this morning to find the best shower tray to suit and we were greeted and assisted by Alice Murphy. Alice was very knowledgeable and professional without being the "overbearing sales rep" and found us the best product. Alice was lovely and helpful and made our shopping experience quick and best value. Ideal. Thanks Alice and thanks Wholesale Domestic! Will shop again.”

“Hi was in your Hillington store today and was served by Alice Murphy, she was very patient and informative with our clients in regards to their preferences for a number of bathrooms on suites etc and no queries were any trouble for her whether in be choosing or changing things to suit. I was also very happy that everything was in stock apart from 1 small thing which will follow in a week or so which is easily fitted when it comes in. She is a valuable asset to the company and made our clients feel at ease and feel a 5 star review is worth it”

“We visited the Hillington store on Monday 7th to buy a new bathroom suite. Our assistant Alice was really informative and went through all the ranges available to us as our bathroom is small and compact. After some time we had everything we needed and Alice processed our order with great ease and we left the store . Alice is an asset to the. Company and we have no problems leaving this 5 star review.”

“Oh my goodness was in the store at kinnaired park Edinburgh on Sunday, 3 assistants, no welcome, I approached to see if we could get some help with what we needed, one girl came to us but has no clue about anything we asked, just couldn’t be bothered, I asked for a price for various items and again it was as if she could not be bothered, I then told her to forget it and walked away, customer service in that particular store is shocking 😡😡😡😡”

“Great place plenty of stock no hanging around great service for any Bathroom fitters or Builders have used this company for a very long time even when they were in Argule st Glasgow when the Bathroom suites were blue Brown Green avocado yes a long time ago and still going Great place”
