“We purchased a bathroom from Domestic Bathrooms in 2023. In the last few days we developed a leak coming from the bath spa equipment. I have a disability and depend on using the bath daily. I identified the fault as coming from the suction cover but unfortunately it was not possible to remove this cover without destroying same. I contacted their whirlpool engineer (Dylan Harkins) who within an extremely short period of time identified and sourced the part required , packaged it leaving it in the reception, then contacted me to updated me with the circumstances. I guess it took Dylan less than 30 minutes to carry out this request which then turned out to be free of charge. I did not think that this amazing and outstanding type of service existed any more. Thank you very much to Dylan and all of the team.”

“Bijaya at Wholesale Domestic, Hillington, is outstanding. He has expert knowledge of every product and is always extremely friendly and helpful, consistently going above and beyond. We’ve placed four orders so far and have been lucky enough to be served by him on three occasions. On one visit, we thought the radiator we wanted was out of stock and were ready to leave, but Bijaya took the time to talk us through all the alternatives and made sure we left with exactly what we needed. He is a real credit to the business and an asset to any sales team.”

“A big thank you to everyone that helped us , Linda in the showroom, advised us and helped with choices when ordering our new bathroom and tiles. The delivery guys were fantastic sorry I didn’t get your names, 2 packs of tiles were damaged , so they said they would return with new ones in the afternoon which they did . A Hugh thank you to Luigi in your help centre , the sink unit was damaged and he ordered a new one to be delivered very quickly, absolutely no hassle at all . Bathroom in now and all looking fantastic”

“Excellent company to do business with. I purchased a bathroom vanity unit with toilet suite from the Edinburgh branch which was of excellent quality, however had an issue with one of the doors. This was replaced in a very short timescale without any fuss, excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.”

“The pan of close coupled toilet had a pin hole in it where it had not been finished properly in factory. I emailed with video and nobody ever replied. Absolutely shocking!”

“Our experience of Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms has been very straight forward and helpful. The staff are all very knowledgeable about the products ( we visited several times as we were spoiled for choice) on our first purchase /estimate 16/8 we were assisted by Ian Fargher . He was very entertaining and engaging and quickly helped us choose the most suitable products for our new bathroom. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase but we did return and place our order. We are delighted by the quality of our tiles and our bathroom looks great. We returned to the showroom on 1st Noveber to buy other tiles , shower tray and enclosure to refurbish our 2nd bathroom. We were assisted by sales advisor Lindsay Fraser and quickly found and bought everything we required within a short period o time. We'll done Lindsay for helping us with everything. I would recommend Wholesale Bathrooms not only for quality products but plenty of choice and easy to locate and park.”

“Purchased two bathroom suites from Lindsay Fraser. Wasn’t relishing the thought of shopping but Lindsay made it an easy and stress free experience. “absolutely disgusted with the manager simon,went in to buy toilet unit and handle i then produced my army defence card for discount ,which is part of Blue lite discount,was told no discount that he does not know the card existed,tried to show him on my phone that it was live on my card and that it is part of blue lite wasnt interested,ive never came across a more arrogant,ignorant person,hardly looked at me when i was speaking,i have sent 3 emails since not one person has answered,iam now writing to blue lite and defence discount cards to have this company taken off the discount card,there are plenty of bathroom companys in the area”

“I have been waiting now 3 weeks for a handbasin unit ,when they said it would be delivered within 1 week, then to discover that the order had not been processed ,while I was expected to pay up front, as the customer we are expected just to accept this incompetent service , my build as been put on hold while I wait. The whole experience in dealing with this company as been shocking, their customer service and product delivery promise is non existent.”

“Right from the moment we entered the Aberdeen Branch of Wholesale Domestics we knew we were on to a winner. Steve Brown guided us through the process of choosing all that we needed for the renewal of our shower room and bathroom with, for us, the greatest of ease. When additional items were needed he arranged for their delivery very promptly and without fuss. On this experience we would not hesitate to recommend Wholesale Domestics Aberdeen to anyone.”

“STAY AWAY..ordered my full bathroom set from wholesale on Monday was sent a email on Friday 12th to say that was it dispatched.called on Monday to ask when it would be delivered was told Tuesday so had the plumber come and take the old bathroom out on Tuesday morning,then called wholesale for a update on time was told pm after waiting all day they didn’t deliver my bathroom set so now left without a bathroom with two kids in the house shocking service…nothing but lies from the help desk…will never deal with them again 😡😡😡”

“I bought the Napoli tall unit which stated online it was pre assembled. This however was not the case, only the main unit was assembled. They have holes already placed for the screws which should make it easier, except 1 hole appeared to be slightly off so the handle would not go on. I contacted customer service to explain this and sent photos only to basically be called a liar!! and told they do not come with pre drilled holes and I can get a discount on a new unit! The photos clearly show pre drilled holes!”

“My husband and I went into Hillington Showroom this morning to find the best shower tray to suit and we were greeted and assisted by Alice Murphy. Alice was very knowledgeable and professional without being the "overbearing sales rep" and found us the best product. Alice was lovely and helpful and made our shopping experience quick and best value. Ideal. Thanks Alice and thanks Wholesale Domestic! Will shop again.”
