The pan of close coupled toilet had a pin hole in it where it had not been finished properly in factory. I emailed with video and nobody ever replied. Absolutely shocking!

absolutely disgusted with the manager simon,went in to buy toilet unit and handle i then produced my army defence card for discount ,which is part of Blue lite discount,was told no discount that he does not know the card existed,tried to show him on my phone that it was live on my card and that it is part of blue lite wasnt interested,ive never came across a more arrogant,ignorant person,hardly looked at me when i was speaking,i have sent 3 emails since not one person has answered,iam now writing to blue lite and defence discount cards to have this company taken off the discount card,there are plenty of bathroom companys in the area

I have been waiting now 3 weeks for a handbasin unit ,when they said it would be delivered within 1 week, then to discover that the order had not been processed ,while I was expected to pay up front, as the customer we are expected just to accept this incompetent service , my build as been put on hold while I wait. The whole experience in dealing with this company as been shocking, their customer service and product delivery promise is non existent.

STAY AWAY..ordered my full bathroom set from wholesale on Monday was sent a email on Friday 12th to say that was it dispatched.called on Monday to ask when it would be delivered was told Tuesday so had the plumber come and take the old bathroom out on Tuesday morning,then called wholesale for a update on time was told pm after waiting all day they didn’t deliver my bathroom set so now left without a bathroom with two kids in the house shocking service…nothing but lies from the help desk…will never deal with them again 😡😡😡

I bought the Napoli tall unit which stated online it was pre assembled. This however was not the case, only the main unit was assembled. They have holes already placed for the screws which should make it easier, except 1 hole appeared to be slightly off so the handle would not go on. I contacted customer service to explain this and sent photos only to basically be called a liar!! and told they do not come with pre drilled holes and I can get a discount on a new unit! The photos clearly show pre drilled holes!

Oh my goodness was in the store at kinnaired park Edinburgh on Sunday, 3 assistants, no welcome, I approached to see if we could get some help with what we needed, one girl came to us but has no clue about anything we asked, just couldn’t be bothered, I asked for a price for various items and again it was as if she could not be bothered, I then told her to forget it and walked away, customer service in that particular store is shocking 😡😡😡😡

Disappointed with the sales staff ,one in particular couldn’t be bothered serving me , saying he was busy whilst looking at the computer . Items ordered but a piece missing, had to make a return journey at my expense for an employee’s mistake, wouldn’t recommend & certainly won’t use the company again

Glasgow Branch sold me bath taps instead of wash hand basin taps. Salespeson had not a clue.

I purchased bath screen from Wholesale Domestic. The display screen was much better quality then what they sold me in pack. I recommend every buyer to check before take your stuff away.

Customer service was terrible. I received two emails telling me that my items were ready for collection. Both times, they were not. It was not until the third time that I managed to collect my full order. The floating mechanism from the cistern was faulty on two of them. The third one they gave me finally worked.

Made a mistake and ordered bath too small. Asked to return the bath and get next size up but told you could not do this for me. It is too expensive £90 to return so have had to shop elsewhere for a larger size. Now left with a brand new bath that stands me in £197 loss. As you can imagine we are not impressed at the service. We purchased wet wall and were sold trims which the joiner didnt require some of. We tried to return but were informed we were just over the very short return date. A credit note was offered instead.

Pretty poor to be honest. Sold items that didn't fit the rest of the suite, spoke to sales about adding items but connectors missing (even when asked if i needed) i had to go in store to determine that. Shower unit not working. All in all i needed to go back to Wholesale domestic 3 times to fix issues

The woman we talked to in-store didn't have any idea about toilets and was unpleasant. After everything got delivered we noticed shower head was weird noises. We got told they are all like that. Feels cheap plastic and it's making rattling noises when moved. Now, we also ordered a unit with a basin. It came with wrong bottle trap. Wrong size that doesn't actually fit into the unit. Also the way the unit is made is shocking. Really bad quality product.

Had visited the store in Hillington Estate on the 22nd July; having waited approximately 15 minutes to speak to a store assistant (who initially ignored me and began speaking to a male customer who had "called her over," she did apologise.) I had shown her the piece of shower screen sealant required for 4, six foot doors for the shower we had purchased from Wholesale Domestic a few years ago. We proceeded to the depot for collection where we informed you don't supply 6ft sealant and what we had been sold was for the bottom of a shower screen that is flush with the edge of a bath. Despite selling shower doors with the sealant on your products, why don't you sell replacements? It also took 48hours for the money to be paid back into my account. Managed to purchase the sealants on Amazon.

Customer Service?….dreadful. Won’t waste my time going into detail. Because let’s face it, it’s Customer Service. You’d think they’d know how greet/treat/update customers!…but you’ve got the cash by then. Would definitely NOT recommend them.
