Made a mistake and ordered bath too small. Asked to return the bath and get next size up but told you could not do this for me. It is too expensive £90 to return so have had to shop elsewhere for a larger size. Now left with a brand new bath that stands me in £197 loss. As you can imagine we are not impressed at the service.
