I bought the Napoli tall unit which stated online it was pre assembled. This however was not the case, only the main unit was assembled. They have holes already placed for the screws which should make it easier, except 1 hole appeared to be slightly off so the handle would not go on.
I contacted customer service to explain this and sent photos only to basically be called a liar!! and told they do not come with pre drilled holes and I can get a discount on a new unit! The photos clearly show pre drilled holes!
