Bought a shower screen and choose to pick up,couldn’t get in my car so had to cancel …do I went online and bought same item with delivery £266.00 ..I got an order Num which disappeared I didn’t get a email fro u ,when checking my credit card it was approved and £266 taken from my card ..when I phoned yourselves they couldn’t find the order I got a ref mob for transactions but u still can’t find it some I’m waiting on £229 refund on to my debit card and £266 on my credit card…just not good enough had to purchase another shower screen from a different company if I could giive minus 10 I would …The sales girl Alice was tremendous it was only after that I had a issue

Been using wholesale domestic for lots years bought 2 radiators recently price turned out to very expensive after purchase found 2 places considerably cheaper ie Wayfair amazon should say not a few pounds but a big difference for same items will be more careful in future. Always thought wholesale were the cheapest learned a lesson certainly will say to friends also to be careful with purchases

Two vanity units had to be returned both damaged. Our bathroom was late in getting started due to unforseen curcumstances and had to return a side shower screen which didnt fit into the space, it was returned within 3 weeks they would not refund money only a credit note which we wont use. Shocking service.

I am extremely disappointed I have asked in 3 different occasions to stop letting other people use my account as my accountant is asking about the jobs and you continue to let people use it I work alone should only be myself that can use it

Customer service is shocking, we received damaged goods which were delivered after spending £1600, we have a plumber booked in to refit the bathroom and if we don’t get the Loren’s replaced he will have to go to another customer and we will be without a toilet, not acceptable service

Pathetic after sales service. I bought 2 Alexander James cabinets at £230 each. 1 cabinet had a missing floor stud, rendering it unstable and dangerous. I returned to the warehouse to be told that no small parts were kept and was then advised to go to Screwfix. I complained to customer services and your David Law apologised and contradicted the advice I was given, claiming that spare parts are indeed kept for such eventualities. He offered me a miserly £25 off my next purchase which I said was unacceptable in view of the energy, time and frustration I had endured. I asked for a partial refund on my credit card as I would not be coming back to your showroon. He blatantly refused to accede to this reasonable request. I have already explained this ridiculous scenario in Google review.

Very disappointed in the level of customer after care. The bath had a few ridges which the plumber pointed out to us but they weren’t bad and the shower screen sits on top. The hose part of the bath taps had sheared off. The toilet side of the combined vanity unit was chipped. And the shower came with no instructions. I phoned to report all of this and got a very sympathetic hearing from the female on the phone. She told me to return the damaged tap and that compensation could be discussed then. I drove back to Hillington which is a round trip of over 40 miles. The tap was replaced but the woman at the counter said she would have to speak to her manager. This she did in full sight of myself, the manager is still to even acknowledge my presence or speak to me. The assistant returned and told me I would not be gettting anything by way of compensation, not even for fuel for my forced return to your premises. Our plumber had managed to disguise the chips on the unit and had installed it, which at least gave us use of the toilet but the assistant told me we should have returned it within 48 hrs to get a replacement. God only knows what we were meant to do in the intervening period or if you didn’t have a replacement in stock! We had originally chosen a different unit which was meant to be picked up and fitted in April but we’re constantly told it wasn’t in stock but should be in at another given date. It never was and we ended up picking another unit so that we could get the job done. Overall, a very disappointing experience and despite having purchased from you in the past we certainly will not do so again. I will not recommend you to any family or friends and indeed will discourage them from using you given our bad experience with your company.

Hi Valerie, Firstly, please accept our apologies for the quality issues and poor service you experienced. Occasionally items can be damaged in transport, and if the packaging is still in good condition then this doesn't become clear until it's in the customer's home. We very much understand how disappointing this must have been, and as you experienced when you gave us a call, we are focussed on putting things right when they go wrong. Very disappointed. Ordered a white toilet. Was away when Oliver fitted it. Came back to find it’s a grey toilet! Won’t shop there again!!!

Missing shower tray and only 4 boxes of wall tiles delivered When I called I was told , oh yeah the tray is in the warehouse, you can come and get it if you like ……..

Service in showroom was decent enough but noticed the salesperson had missed items from the quotation. Anyway sorted that out quickly and placed an order, never got confirmation details for collection. Fitter collected items after a long delay and noticed almost every item was damaged or flawed in some way. Poor moulding to sinks damaged wet wall panels, furniture was chipped in corners and looked like the unit had been thrown about. This company used to be less expensive but prices have risen and the service and quality most definately have not. Quality control needs improved.

Absolute cowboys:- Avoid at all costs. Faulty product, took 3 efforts to send a replacement part and even that wasn’t the same as what was originally fitted. Had to fight for compensation constantly calling and was rude to.

Original order of Napoli 600 bathroom cabinet arrived with broken glass shelves. Replacement was agreed but never arrived neither did a second if it was ever sent. Eventually the only response to an email query was a return confirmation but 2 months on still no refund

Regretfully I have to say this is the worst service I have ever experienced in 50 years. I ordered a full bathroom unit which arrived after a long delay. The sink arrived damaged and since then I am now on sink number 5 and have no confidence this one will arrive undamaged. I asked them not to use the same courier but they did. I asked them to package it more carefully and they didn't. It was just strapped to a pallet. I rang today and they said they would ring me back and they didn't for the second time. I have never had such a poor customer experience as this. I have twice mentioned I just want my money back and for this nightmare to.be over. Such a shame.

Joke of a company. Ordered item on 14th of Feb (stated 3-5working day for delivery) it arrived just couple days ago My bathroom was done by then as I had to buy the part somewhere else. Not recommended at all

I went in to buy a p shaped bath panel only to be told that the supplier had changed and the panel I had bought did not fit my bath to which I purchased the whole bathroom suite shower everything from you only to now not be able to get a bath panel to fit my bath as you have changed supplier so what am I supposed to do now
