“Retail quality and service - disappointed. Full bathroom suite ordered for my sons flat, price was reasonable but downhill from there. First off the bath was damaged by a fork truck IMO, this would have been noticeable by the packers but they sent it out anyway (It was replaced with a few hiccups but at least it got sorted) Next issue I had was with the fitting instructions, to be fair I did get a good helpful response from Luigi but then he ignored my next email on another issue. To clarify, you don't get the fixings to fit your toilet bowl, sink or pedestal, these have to be PURCHASED separately and no one tells you, even when I realised this I ordered the fittings outlining my order details so that I got the right fixings, I actually did this on three occassions - on the phone, at the counter and then again on the phone but they still supplied some of the WRONG fixings, fortunately my plumber sorted this. The cabinet we ordered was cheap and nasty, the fitting for the lamp was very poor with the plastic grommets inserted incorrectly at manufacturing resulting in one of the screws bursting through the inside of the cabinet, furious. The lamp itself had no instructions on how to wire it up, even my electrician pal was astounded after reading through the booklet - shocking lol. So if you're asking me I'd go to a proper plumbers merchants where you'll get better quality products at a better price with the correct advice and back up service - as you can guess, I'm not best pleased with Wholesale Domestic.”

“Excellent service from sales lady our bathroom arrived on time on a pallet assumed all items where in the pallet, when plumber went to install it discovered basin was missing phoned customers service about this and ask where it was, only to be told I had waited to long to report this ( my fault ) but the customer service man was so unhelpful and arrogant . Got to speak to another member of staff who helped me buy another basin at a discount price.”

“I decided to refit 3 bathrooms and wanting matching units. I found some on line and needed some help to decide what was needed for each. I was in contact my phone and email through and had great service for everyone I spoke with. I even purchased and Delayed delivery until we were ready. Very happy with purchases so far some parts of the bathroom still ongoing so time will tell but would recommend this company quality and service.”

“As a business owner your showroom is great but when we ever come to uplift materials this is not a good experience , take far to long to collect orders at anytime of the day , first thing at seven am or midday and also later after rush hour 6-7pm. Hope this feed back is helpful and we may see a change in the future.”

“In shop staff were great however call centre staff have no customer service skills. We had to drive back in 3 times to return goods that where delivered damaged and the level of customer service from staff in call centre was none existent”

“Experience made less stressful by the assistance of Lindsay on both of our visits. Bathroom installed and so far so good. Had a missing piece from shower which was dealt with swiftly by the customer service team. My only gripe is the non refundable tiles we bought - ended up with quite an excess of tiles and couldn't return them (did known this at the time so can't really complain too much) which was a few hundred quid that didn't need to be spent. Overall would recommend.”
