Great selection of products at a good price. Unfortunately far too many staff at the showroom and often only one member of staff dealing with damages and returns. When i did manage to get a damaged vanity unit re-ordered i waited for 3 weeks only to find out they had forgotten to process it (probably due to being over worked). I then waited another week for it. Ended up with a very unhappy customer who i was fitting a bathroom for and it cost me £300 in compensation. I haven’t been back since that experience. Quick to sell products but seemed to have no interest in aftersales. It’s a shame as I would have been a regular customer but I can’t rely on that kind of service for my business to work.
