We ordered a bath to be delivered. The delivery was not tracked and was attempted when none was on site. It was redilivered another day and accepted by a neighbour. On unpacking, after storage for a while it was found to be damaged where the banding had cut into it. This was too late to register a complaint with the company.
The staff at Wholesale Domestic were very pleasant but unable to provide much information about the delivery.
Recommend unpacking items immediately on receipt. Recommend a better courier service with delivery tracking.
