I have had various orders from W/D over the last few years , mostly its take your cash promise you the earth , then excuses excuses , then an out of stock item that was promised in 3 days takes up to 8 weeks , I am trying to run a business and my customers will not use me again if my supplier continuously lets me down , I thought it might have been a one off , but its happened with my last 3 orders , an out of stock basin which was meant to be delivered in a week ended up taking 3 , then I was asked if i could just "pop in for it " IN ABERDEEN !!! 120 miles from here !! , I have spoken to Sean MaCarthy who did apologise but then it went bad again !! ,No compensation or discount have been offered in these cases and I have had to take the flak from my customers who rely on me to get the job done , but with the poor service from W/D i'm at a loss, Your telephone lines are never answered no matter what time of the day I call . , I will be putting in another order tomorrow (31st Jan) , lets see how this one works out ! .
