On having to return the goods bought as they would not fit I advised I would like to change the toilet as I was returning goods. I wasn’t advised the toilet I was being sold was double the price of the original one seems to be so that no credit would be due. Did not know this until I was home as my invoice was emailed and did not come through till then. Not very happy !
