Very happy with the customer service received when purchasing my bathroom 15 months ago. Unfortunately my toilet seat broke and when I returned to purchase a new one the sales staff enquired about the issue and suggested I speak to customer services. I did this and even though I was over the year warranty they kindly gave me another seat free of charge. It doesn’t sound like much but the cost was actually £89 and a great saving for me. It’s this type of customer service that makes people return and I have already recommended WholeSale Domestic to a number of people as this type of after sales support you don’t always get these days.
