I bought two replacement toilet seats, to replace existing ones where the brackets have broken
The toilet seats look fine
When fitting the first seat the nut from the bracket has fallen down into the back of the toilet and is not retrievable without taking the whole toilet out. As I had bought two seats I have used the parts from the other seat.
I have contacted Customer services, but they have so far ignored my emails
