Popped in early Tuesday afternoon. No-one offered help. Went to the desk and was told theres no-one to help and theres 3 people in front of me waiting to be served 1st.
Pretty bad so I phoned the place where you pick up the items from and told them my problem and asked them if i brought the item numbers can i buy it this way and was told yes.
Drove to the pick up point to purchase the items and was left standing for 15 minutes with no-one willing to help so I left.
Really bad service and have always used them but might be going elsewhere from now on.
