Order was missing a few items mainly the actual toilet pan and some wrong drainage items but couldn’t be delivered so had to trail to Glasgow for these ! Staff also never said when buy that the ceiling panels would be too short so they had to be returned lady on phone was brilliant but when returning items and exchanging other depot staff was shocking! Also ordered an extra few items online and went to collect to be told no forklift drive in to come back( drove a distance with a trailer on) so eventually they used airport ladders!! Please with items but customer service leaves a lot to be desired
