No.1 no shower arrived with order,we had to go and collect.
No.2 you sent the wrong shower tray,by the time we realised the plumber had fitted it,and was going to charge another £200 to replace.Spoke to someone at the time who said we could submit pictures to prove what we got.To be honest I'm nervous about going in to shower in case I fall.Im 79.
