We were purchasing new good for faulty goods we had and the young lady that dealt with our issue was absolutely amazing. She couldn't have been any more helpful and dealt with it in a very knowledgable and caring way. We were absolutely delighted with the solutions she suggested and came away very happy.
The young lady in question works in you Hillington customer services section, we would definitely go back and deal directly with her if we knew what we were wanting to buy or use click and collect.
