I was under time pressure to get what I needed - but I had photographic options from a previous visit and so had already narrowed it down to 2 choices before going in. As soon as I went in a sales assistant made contact and using my photos I was able to review again what I wanted and made the purchase in under 20 minutes. The sales assistant gave advice on taps and waste options which made my decisions easier. I paid and was shown where to go to pick up the goods. I drove there immediately and as soon as I stepped out of the car the warehouse person came out with my order and loaded it into the car for me. Superb service
