I needed 6 tiles (600 x 300mm) for a step. Liked the tiles so bought one box and was charged about £35 for tiles plus £36 delivery. They arrived by Royal Mail and all were broken. Royal Mail costs £12 for this weight so they were just trying to make more money instead of using a proper delivery service for this weight.
The only reason they didn't get one star is because I got a refund.
