The lady that served us was pleasant and helpful, I asked the assistant if that would give us a good heat for a small/average room, she seemed to know what she was talking about with her reply??
However we had to return the radiator as the plumber said it wouldn’t have enough heat output for the room. So had to return it and go elsewhere as you didn’t have much choice or stock.
To be fair it is a bathroom showroom so that’s maybe why you don’t have many radiators
