My original visit was back in October 2023 for new shower wall boards. The lady serving me appeared knowledgeable but didnt write anything down and as I had looked at quite a few things, I suggested that she may want to do this to ensure my order was correct, but she assured me this was not necessary. Anyway, off to the till we go she reads out the order and price and I duly paid. When the goods arrived the shower wall boards were the wrong ones. MY FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING, I realise that and I should have done so, however the wall boards were of a similar name to my previous ones so I unfortunately assumed she had put the correct ones through. I coudlnt return these as my plumber was starting the next day. Hey ho lesson learnt, always check your order.
