Sales staff somehow managed to allocate a slotless trap to a vanity unit with an overflow. Duly collected from Hillington Uplift point. Didn't discover until boxes opened. Visited MKM in Kilmarnock to purchase the correct slotted trap. Spoke to Dylan at WD who apologised for stock error and promptly refunded the £15 cost of wrong waste. Good service which made up for an honest error.
