Experience made less stressful by the assistance of Lindsay on both of our visits. Bathroom installed and so far so good. Had a missing piece from shower which was dealt with swiftly by the customer service team. My only gripe is the non refundable tiles we bought - ended up with quite an excess of tiles and couldn't return them (did known this at the time so can't really complain too much) which was a few hundred quid that didn't need to be spent. Overall would recommend.
