Excellent service from sales lady our bathroom arrived on time on a pallet assumed all items where in the pallet, when plumber went to install it discovered basin was missing phoned customers service about this and ask where it was, only to be told I had waited to long to report this ( my fault ) but the customer service man was so unhelpful and arrogant . Got to speak to another member of staff who helped me buy another basin at a discount price.
