For the first time in years I am able to eat oats for breakfast! Rude Health Sprouted Porridge Oats works well as traditional porridge or as muesli with the addition of chopped nuts and some fresh fruit. Not a complaint heard from my intestines :)
The Amisa Buckwheat crispbread is another discovery that again keeps my system happy. If Wholesome Hub keeps delivering such gems we will be having a great relationship!
