Have had a claim with you since 19th Oct after variou calls and e-mails never recieved any response from you, I had to do all the calling after being told 3 times I would be called back I now have the engineer who came out on original call to come back to repair fault at a cost to myself can't even get someone to cancel my contract
will be cancelling my Direct debit
