Called on Saturday as my boiler is not working, got to Monday no call back as promised chased them to be told an engineer would be out between 5-9 called at 8 to be told no engineer coming out
When I complained the lady at preferred told me I was lucky I could afford heating!!
I’m a single mum with a poorly 6 year old daughter with no heating or hot water still!!
Disgusting customer service from a terrible company!!!!!
