Have phoned numerous times about a seized thermostat valve on my radiator.
I have been told every time that someone will get in touch and book a time to get it fixed but after 3 weeks of calling and promises there is still no one getting in touch.
Its ridiculous that these people you talk to just say what you want to hear the go for a coffee break
