Poor communication skills!
I phoned to stop my monthly service account with them ! They couldn’t deal with it then , & I was told I’d get a return phone call ! That was almost a week ago & nothing!
I emailed Katie yesterday - had a missed phone call today when driving . I’ve stopped my DD forAugust.
Been with them 2 years - had 1 boiler service where they wanted extra £62 to look at my filter - refused to pay more as that has always been part of the “services” when I’ve had other companies doing it! So no service to filter.
When I phoned for a service to boiler last year zi was told someone would phone back - I had to phone again & eventually did get a call back with a date to service my boiler but it took about 3 weeks wait..
There doesn’t appear to be a number you can call at weekends & get an answer from. Very disappointed with this company!
